Terms & Conditions
1. Agreeing to these terms
By visiting or using aiartex.com and any related services (together, the “Services”), you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, both for yourself and for any organisation you act for. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site and Services.
We may update these terms at any time by publishing a new version on this page, and we may change, pause or withdraw features, content or fee structures. Changes take effect when posted, and continuing to use the Services means you accept the updated version. Please check this page from time to time.
Where you hold a separate account or service agreement with us, that agreement sits alongside these terms; if the two conflict on website or Service use, these terms apply unless the other agreement says otherwise in writing.
2. Understanding digital-asset risk
Buying, holding and transacting in digital assets involves significant risk. Prices can move sharply in either direction over short periods, and you should consider carefully whether this activity suits your financial situation and risk tolerance.
Past performance, charts and historical figures shown anywhere on the platform are not a reliable guide to future results.
Digital-asset activity also carries technical exposure, including cyberattacks, periods of low liquidity, software or network failures and changes in regulatory treatment.
Everything on aiartex.com is provided for information and platform operation only. Nothing is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and we do not assess whether any transaction is suitable for you. If you need guidance, please speak to an independent, appropriately licensed professional.
3. Your account and responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to open an account, and each person may hold only one active account. The details on your profile must stay accurate and up to date.
The email address registered to your account is our official channel for notices and security checks, so you must keep access to it.
Never share your sign-in credentials, let others use your account, or impersonate anyone else. You are responsible for everything that happens under your credentials.
4. Identity verification and compliance
To help prevent financial crime and meet anti-money-laundering obligations, we operate Know Your Customer and, where required, enhanced due-diligence checks. You agree to provide requested identification documents promptly and accurately.
We may restrict, suspend or close accounts that fail verification, rely on false or misleading documentation, or present compliance risks we cannot mitigate.
5. Using the platform
Platform features are intended for users who understand digital-asset markets, and availability may vary by jurisdiction.
We may apply trading limits, decline orders or introduce operational constraints where needed to protect users, the platform or market integrity.
Network congestion, system latency and maintenance can delay order execution, balance updates and other platform functions.
6. Transactions and account standing
We may decline or reverse transactions that breach legal or regulatory limits, present a financial or security risk, or involve funds from suspicious sources.
Where a transaction is refused, related funds may be returned net of reasonable processing costs.
Assets connected to an active investigation or an outstanding obligation may be frozen. You remain responsible for any negative balance or unmet liability arising from terminated transactions.
7. Fees and charges
You agree to pay the service, processing and trading fees set out in our published fee schedule, which may be revised from time to time. Fees are always shown before you confirm a transaction.
Banks, payment processors and blockchain networks may apply their own charges that are outside our control.
If a balance remains unpaid, we may apply reasonable recovery and collection costs. No fee figures in this concept site should be relied on until the final schedule is published.
8. Security and wallet custody
We apply layered technical and organisational protections, but you hold primary responsibility for the security of your own credentials, two-factor devices and equipment.
For platform-hosted wallets, private keys are held under our administrative control; direct access to hosted keys is not provided except where a clearly identified self-custody feature states otherwise. The final custody model, including insolvency treatment, must be confirmed in the launch-ready terms.
9. Availability and blockchain networks
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance and emergency downtime may occur.
Transfers of digital assets depend on external blockchain networks and are not final until the required network confirmations are received. We are not responsible for failures or congestion in those underlying networks.
10. Sanctions and legal compliance
You confirm that your use of AIArtex complies with applicable trade sanctions, export controls and local laws. Individuals or entities appearing on international restricted-party lists may not open or operate an account.
11. Closing, suspending or terminating an account
You can request account closure through support once open orders are settled and outstanding balances are cleared.
We may restrict, suspend or permanently end access without prior notice where these terms are breached, where we suspect fraudulent, illegal or prohibited activity, or where law enforcement or a regulator requires it.
After permanent closure, remaining eligible balances are paid out to your verified bank account or external wallet, minus applicable processing costs and any amounts lawfully held back.
12. Prohibited activity
You must not use your account for unlawful purposes, including money laundering or terrorism financing, market manipulation, wash trading or other deceptive schemes, illegal gambling, or unauthorised commercial or high-risk merchant activity.
Breaches can lead to immediate termination and, where appropriate, a report to the relevant authorities.
13. Warranties and limits of liability
The site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIArtex and its affiliates, directors, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages connected with your use of the platform.
Any overall cap on liability will be set out in the final, legally reviewed terms and must not be treated as agreed in this draft. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Disputes and governing law
Before starting formal proceedings, both sides agree to raise disputes promptly and attempt to resolve them informally.
The governing law and courts for these terms will be confirmed in the launch-ready version once the operating jurisdiction is finalised; the current reference is a placeholder.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIArtex, its affiliates, officers and employees against claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the platform, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.
16. General provisions
These terms form the entire agreement between you and AIArtex regarding use of the website and Services.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it applies to the maximum extent permitted and the rest remain in force.
We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, network outages or regulatory intervention.
You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent.
